Data Withdrawal and Deletion Request

The Manipur State Commission for Women (MSCW) respects the privacy of users of its website and mobile application.

For security purposes, MSCW may request additional information to verify that the request is being made by the concerned user or an authorized representative.

After receiving a valid request, MSCW will review and process the request within a reasonable time. Data that is no longer required will be deleted or anonymized where applicable.

Certain information may be retained where necessary for legal compliance, government record keeping, official proceedings, dispute resolution, security, fraud prevention, or other lawful purposes.
